    Almost there 39. The only difference is you have to really give yourself good sleep and recovery

    Listen to your body and I learned that what worked before isn’t necessarily what my body responds to now. It’s ok to try new things and see what works as your body changes and ages!

    I got great advice from a trainer once. “If it hurts - Stop!“ It’s not like in your 20s when you could muscle through pain. You can lift heavy but you have to really listen to your body.

    Learn to form healthy habits with eating and excercise. The rest will take care of itself.

    Eat well and do an activity that you love.

    Eat your veggies and move your booty. Works at 4, 40, 104...
