Make yourself a priority.
Life is not over. There's nothing wrong with continuing to maintaining your looks and improving fitness levels as you age.
Don't be so hard on yourself when it comes to fitness. A 30 minute consistent walk can do wonders for the body.9 -
Listen to your body and I learned that what worked before isn’t necessarily what my body responds to now. It’s ok to try new things and see what works as your body changes and ages!1

I got great advice from a trainer once. “If it hurts - Stop!“ It’s not like in your 20s when you could muscle through pain. You can lift heavy but you have to really listen to your body.3
