Struggling

I have been on here for a few years. I have was doing well for a long time. Last year I started gaining wait. Was back in the gym eating well, then I hurt my back. It is finally back to normal. But a lot of weight gain and I cant get back in to it. Any ideas?

Just make a plan and DO IT. Weigh once at start and wait a week. Follow though with the meal plans. Once you see the weight loss start you’ll be much more motivated. Set smaller goals. 10 lb at a time is more exciting than setting 80 lb.1

Everyone is different, but I started by setting one big goal. And then I started looking at what changes I needed to make. I also made them realistic so that I could stay on track0

Take an exercise class at your local YWCA and show up for the classes. That might motivate you to work on your own.0
