  • Height 5"7, Starting weight 128. Current 141, goal 165. Avg calories 3400 I had the same problem, but I've become obessed with eating. The blender is your best friend, its easy to get a lot of calories down when you drink them.

I also began meal prepping and set timers for 8 meals a day every 2 hours, 425 calories per meal. I might end up adjusting this as 8 meals seems like a lot, but the smaller portion sizes seems easier to achieve.…
  • Crazy im a small dude and have trouble even getting down 3k calories a day. Eating is literally the hardest part for me, I enjoy lifting
  • Eating the correct amount of calories is the hardest thing in the world. All the people with slow metabolisms have NO idea. They think small people are so blessed to have fast metabolisms, but its an absolute nightmare. Just stick to your caloric goals and you'll slowy gain weight, it's not easy though.
