Weight gain vs muscle
Does weight gain have a direct correlation to strength? I'm currently bulking and I'm wondering if I should be seeing rapid results with the weight I've gained or if it should take awhile to turn the fat into muscle. I'd like to hear others results with weight gain and bulking in correlation to their strength.

Can't get my calories
I've been deaperately trying to gain weight and my goal is to eat roughly 3400 calories daily. The issue is I can't seem to get there before I fall asleep. I'm literally not hungry enough to do it, any suggestions?

Tired of being small
Im Joby, Im 23 and ive always been small. I've tried lifting and eating my whole life but no matter how much I tried I couldn't put on weight. At this point in my life I've made it my mission to get to 165 pounds. Im eating atleast 3300 calories a day and refuse to miss a day in the gym. Currently at 140 from 129. I'm…
