Im Joby, Im 23 and ive always been small. I've tried lifting and eating my whole life but no matter how much I tried I couldn't put on weight. At this point in my life I've made it my mission to get to 165 pounds. Im eating atleast 3300 calories a day and refuse to miss a day in the gym. Currently at 140 from 129. I'm going to succeed or explode from eating, LETS GO!

U can do it, gaining weight is a lot fun than losing it. Just try to keep it lean as possible

    Goodluck

No you don't... being a small male is not ideal. Looking like a little kid at 23 years old sucks. Id LOVE to have excess weight that I could turn into muscle. I understand weight loss is hard for people with slow metabolisms, but Id have no problem going to the gym everyday and running. Eating till you throw up everyday is a *kitten*... i guess we can all make excuses though, at the end of the day we just gotta grind to get where we want.
