wow thanks for the feedback all! Maybe raw wasn’t the right word. I’ve chosen to try to eat organic as much as possible. I do have a garden. I try not to eat a lot of meat. Thanks all! I started out the day with a long walk. My doc suggested a dandelion tea as a diuretic. Also, she suggested a medication to help with appetite, one approved for weight loss, Victoza and Phentermine. I'm nervous about using any medications. I hate having to take tylenol much less a prescription. Have any of you…
