  • Post states she is currently 5’2” and currently weighs 133, that’s a healthy BMI of about 24. Losing 10 pounds would put her at a BMI of 22...also healthy.

  • He’s at a BMI of 21 right now, so losing weight probably won’t help and isn’t something he can really do. I do wake him up, but then we both don’t sleep. Problem is I need to get up at 5 am for work and work long days—and I have an autoimmune disorder—so it’s really impacting me.

  • I love eggs, so I’m not looking to substitute them at all. I do substitute chia seeds for eggs in baking quite often though.
  • I had the same issue a few years back and finally saw a dr to find out I had thyroid issues caused by an autoimmune disorder. I spent years exhausted like this when it could have been made a lot better. Go see a dr!
  • I work as a teacher—so I have summers free to do the same. I honestly stick to a schedule regardless... I think that also might be due to the fact that my lunch at school is 10:37am-11:00am, and I don’t free up for a snack or meal until 3-4 pm during the year—so I have to make that 20 min lunch count!

Speaking of neighbors..,we have a neighbor who has had a huge dumpster in their front yard (for construction work that never happens) for 1.5 years now....the guy who lives next to him constantly complains about it, is having the dumpster sitting in your front lawn for over a year wrong?
