With changing weigh in day I'm not as focused on Sunday morning for a catch up. Steps: 8000 8 11th 1,477- in dentist chair & on top of bed resting most of day 12th 2968- resting too 13th 6,884 14th 12626- University open day!! My foot is really sore! I was blaming myself for wearing ballet flats instead of trainers butβ¦

Not a good day- pain is still really severe. It hurts to talk & to eat/drink. So my steps will be rubbish today & tomorrow. I'm supposed to be in school for GCSE results then going to gym- cancelled both. I think a bit of self-care needed. The upside is I can't eat much at all.

Lost my last message & then had to leave for dental appts! @CasandraW sending hugs π€ & prayers π. It' really tough coping with 2 ill parents. Similar but slightly different issues with my Pops & Hub's Dad several years ago. Renovations too- it's a lot to contend with. Hopefully that will be great when finished.called in

Had some relaxing time today after seriously busy week. Deep cleaned everything in 5 days- a few little jobs to do that I couldn't reach. Hubbie got our little bathroom & our bedroom painted. I haven't worked out how to log those calories so hoping they will just add in to the ones from steps & gym. Got myself a mani-pediβ¦

I don't have steps for that week in July. 3rd- 8077 (that's where I got date wrong) 4th is 7,261 I managed to give the wrong dates for the steps. Sorry I wasn't clear.

I've not thought of putting it on top of veggies- I have an idea of a "hot salad" (microwave steamed green veg) with oven baked tofu on top. I love seasame seeds- that dressing sounds ideal. I'll be looking out for that. We have a Chinese Community in Durham (UK) and Teikyo University has 2 Halls of Residence as part ofβ¦

@jessicakrall8- the July dates were the week I was isolating, on special diet, in hospital & recovering- those were the ones I didn't count- didn't have fitbit on for some of the days. Steps for 5th: 7,499 6th: 10,056.

@napattack9558 welcome @ssssseika what do you put in your salad with tofu? Do you cook the tofu, use flavoured or just raw? I'm not very good with tofu but trying to explore different ways. @jessicakrall8- that quote is so true.

What's your breakfast? At the moment I'm making homemade Egg McMuffins (wholemeal muffin, dry fried egg & light cheese slice). Usually make overnight oats on a school day.
