@sheermomentum this is what I considered but I know I went way over my calories (maybe not as bad as I think since I was under everyday this week). @L1zardQueen @moonangel12 @goal06082021 @callsitlikeiseeit this what I was thinking just wasnt sure how much of a solution that would be. @RelCanonical I only eat out once a…

@missashleigh92 I'm trying to convince my fiance to let me get just dance but he's worried that's all I will do😂 for now when I have the time I have playlists on youtube for zumba. Not a perfect solution but better than nothing plus fiance gets a good laugh watching me suck lol

@tinkerbellang83 most of my binge watching is done at work. Covid has caused my work load to drop drastically (security access control). I thought about creating a watchlist spreadsheet cause there's so much I want watch (or need to finish watching). Like Supernatural, I need to finish but I can't bring myself to believe…

Depending on your reason for soda there's plenty of options! For me soda was the strong flavor and bubbles. What I did was find water flavoring packets and use carbonated water and made my own mix. It definitely curbed the addiction with so many flavor options there should be something that will help. I don't do it anymore…

Hey I'm Erica! Colorado, US. I'm a computer need, I'm slowly learning different types of programming because you know, why not. Lol. Way into Marvel (not a fan of DC sorry). I can do most math in my head without a second thought. Star Wars all the way. Current book obsession: Black Dagger Brotherhood and A Shade of…

Potatoes in general, just not sweet potatoes (not a fan of them). Second is ice cream, but being lactose intolerant kinda helps keep that at Bay lol

I know the struggle, the erratic eating times (not a nurse but I am security). 5' 3" and it seems every pound shows. Obesity and related health issues run in my family so do everything I can to end that cycle.

I'm 29 but I could help! I know for me to keep motivated is to keep things fun. I'm a child at heart so the more fun it is the easier it is to stick with. Which for me is mostly dancing and doing whatever normal adultish things need done. Plus keeping 2 goals. My #1 ultimate goal and my baby step goals getting where I need…

I actually had one of these and LOVED it until it fell and broke and I had actually managed to learn to "cook" simple things in it

I will admit I've tried keto, it was not easy, for me anyways. I didn't and probably still don't have the discipline to do it. So way to go on your ketoversary!! You will most definitely accomplish your goals!

Thanks! Honestly weight is last thing on my mind, it's more of my "size" than the numbers on a scale. I'm only starting small and working up, using baby steps since I know my end goals.

Life has a tendency of knocking you down when you feel like you're finally on top. If you lost it once then hopefully this time is easier as your I know what works for you!! Good luck and just take it day by day and you can do this!

Self sabotage here too as biggest pitfall. In my journey of trying to figure out how to stay on track (biggest weakness is sweets) I've found protein coffee shakes in the morning make me feel more awake and energized than energy drinks. When I get a sweet tooth, I have found recipes for protein shakes that satisfy and…

You can do it!! May not always be an easy journey, but it will be worth it in the end!!!

I have gained total 50 pounds from meds not escitalopram but from similar meds (thankfully I have lost 20 of it) it's taken FOREVER to lose that and its partly why it's been hard for me to keep motivation since i have NEVER had this much issue losing weight before. It is possible it just seems to take a little more effort.😔
