Ok thanks for the reply... I was 6 stone 13 last summer and my aim was to gain weight after losing a stone... i started properly bulking at the beginning of the year and am now 7 stone 13, if i was to cut and lose the fat will this ruin my progress and essentially will I go back to square one?

I weight train 4- 5 times a week and eat 2050 calories which ive worked out as roughly my maintenance based on my fitbit stats. My strength is improving and im able to lift heavier etc but its still frustrating to see my body fat there after my bulk
-
Yeah i found that when i was bulking mtp predicted too few calories and I wasnt gaining weight so on my bulk I decided to eat 2500 which was higher than they suggested. It might be that Im adjusting to eating 500 calories less than im used to.

No my actual maintenance calories are around 1900-2000 according to website calculations however my fibit tracks around 2000-2100 on average per day

Thankyou so much!

Thanks for your help... how would I do recomp?

How did you know when to bulk and cut?
-
I have been following strength exercise videos on an app called Fiit.. I have added a small weight into the workouts (6kg) as this weight is just right for me at the moment. I don’t have access to a gym.
-
At the moment I roughly do around 7000 steps a day depending on whether im at work or not. When Im not at work I am doing 4 workout videos a week from the app Fiit. I have been using a small 6kg weight when doing some of the exercises such as squating and lunges as this is heavy at the moment for me.

Ok thankyou 👍

Im not keen on going to the gym because im too embarrassed... i have recently bought some resistance bands and have been using small weights at home whilst following work out videos on an app called Fiit.

Ok thankyou... I’ve lost a stone however now I’m underweight and need to put weight on, my maintenance is 1700 so I’m trying to eat 2000 and put weight on slowly as I’m scared to put all my weight back on
