How long until i see body recomp results?
I’ve been eating at maintenance for a few weeks now and Im starting to get frustrated as I feel as though i’m not getting any results... if anything I feel fatter even though i havent gained any weight.. any ideas?

Maintenance
I’m currently 1 week into maintenance after bulking at 2500 calories... im now eating 2050 calories and Im struggling to adjust. I constantly feel hungry and an wondering is losing body fat even worth it😩

Body recomp
Silly question but if i am eating at my maintenance calories (around 2000) in order to stay the same weight but lose body fat.... if i burn more than that in a day will this put me in a deficit and in turn will i lose weight (which i dont want to do) ?

When to start cutting?
I’ve been bulking since January now and have gone from 7stone 5 to 7 stone 13 (5ft 1)... when do i start to cut? And if I cut surely I will go back to the original weight and be unhealthy again? Help would be appreciated 😩😊

Fitbit and calories burned
Ive paired my fitbit to mfp and mfp is only showing calories from steps not the calories burned through working out etc... how do i fix this?

Do I have to do cardio if I am nearly under weight but eating at a small surplus? Will this make me lose more weight that I don’t want to?
