  • I completed a 30 day squat challenge for the month of October! Key word being COMPLETED… I stayed on track and did the entire month except one day I skipped due to injury. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to stay committed or do that many squats 😮‍💨😊🤗 but I did it!!!

  • I’m gonna take 2 rest days. I skipped day 23,125 squats, my legs and hips hurt really bad, I’m having some sort of inflammatory response, maybe I shouldn’t have doubled up the other days, that may have been too much for one day. Live and learn.
