My mini goal is fitting into my skinny jeans for winter. I have a few pairs in two different sizes for my unfortunately fluctuating weight. So far so good. 1.6 pounds down since Oct 25th. Thats about 2.5 weeks of progress. Slow but steady progress. 👍

Staying in control of my diet and calorie budget through the long holiday weekend.. lots of Halloween candy and donuts and pizzas and soda and cookies.. quite a feast! And you know what?.. I still enjoyed the holiday immensely even though it was controlled and slightly restrictive 🙌

So I have the opposite experience, I gain in the summer and lose in the winter, but I live in the desert.. Sleep helps me. I find that i get to a certain point of the evening when I need to go to bed or my body will signal me to eat food. Food is fuel. I get tired and my body wants a snack or two or three. But if just go to bed or at least start that routine, It helps me avoid the snacking..
