Hi all! It’s been years since I worked out at home after my first kiddos, I can’t find the time (or commit to the late night or early morning) for gym visits, and my area is very hilly for walks/runs which I loved when I did this 7+ yrs ago. Running and walking now causes shin splints I believe due to the amount of hills and lack of exercise?

Anyways, when I lost weight/worked out 7+yrs ago I did the Jillian Michaels 30day shred and ran 1-3miles 5x a week. Is there anything like this you recommend that’s =/<30mins? I have 5lb hand weights.
I liked the

I just need something easy and simple to start with and help build the habit and routine. Any suggestions?

When I first started I used Fitness Blender (YouTube) to get workouts in when I could. It has many different styles of workout videos to ease you back in.

I use Apple fitness plus. It has a variety of workouts added daily that are 10, 20 or 30 minutes in length and workout routines for different goals. You can also create a fitness schedule to keep you on track. I started with a free trial from target and liked it so much I now pay for it.
Hope you find something that works for you.

What I would suggest to you is to invest a couple of bucks in a DVD and plug it into your TV. Find something that you'll like for example, Yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba to mention a few.
