Thanks my protein target is 60 gr. I get close enough or surpass it. As a vegetarian carbs can easily go over. I train hard at the gym so you may be right. Maybe my protein could be higher. I'm learning here and it all helps all this knowledge so thanks a lot.

I recently turned 46. I love my body because it's so healthy and I'm very much alive. I know many who didn't make it to this age and Im thankful I have. I love my body for that.

I hear you. I have scoliosis. What others have said rings true for me. What I have to add is I believe the collagen, turmeric, boswellia supplement I'm taking makes me ache less.

Yes I have strong family history, my body doesn't process cholesterol like others. I have to limit cheese, eggs etc. I'm fit, slim, doesn't matter..I've had 240 cholesterol in tests in the past. Personal trainer first cousin is similar.

Have you tried dry soy called tvp ( textured vegetable protein) the supermarkets sell it and its easy to use in recipes. Its a dried soy protein and you soak it a bit before using. It is easily used in minced meat type recipes. No need to buy expensive processed pre preparehd but the frozen food aisle will have this.…
