i assume they're gonna check those when i go back bc they just asked for a urine sample. they're also gonna see if i've gained the weight back at my follow-up since i (probably) won't be sick anymore at that point.

little update - went to the doctor's in november, was 144. my doctor said that was a good weight for me and to try to maintain around there. went back on tuesday bc i had strep, and my doctor said i have lost weight - too much, too fast. they think it might be diabetes, so now i'm getting tested for that and have to go for…

i wore a crop top with joggers today and got told i look like a gymshark model!! i can already feel my head getting bigger. :D

i put on a pair of jeans i haven't worn in almost a year, and realized at school they were way too big around my waist and nearly falling off. my friend lent me a belt to wear, and i had to put it on the smallest size.

Whenever I eat more than I need, it's never overeating. It's always binge eating. I feel awful afterwards and can't stand myself. I'm a sucker for everything salty, crunchy, savory, and/or spicy.

i was a gymnast but i injured my wrist. so i can’t do most moves without pain, but i still stretch a lot!

my school doesn’t have a track or bleachers. or any sports at all lol (but i wish it did). days that i work i have to go right after school, but i could check out & try those programs/ideas on the days i’m off. thank you!!

i forgot to add this - i have a permanently messed up wrist from gymnastics that can make certain exercises (like pushups, hand planks, etc.) difficult. i can tolerate a bit sometimes but i can't always do them/do a lot
