peanut butter is fine as long as its not that JIF crap with a bunch of added sugar and etc. Only if its peanut butter and the ingredient reads only peanut butter.

Im not the biggest fan of creatine if your trying to tone up as it holds water weight and you get more of a bloated look to you..As far as protein, i will suggest iso protein over whey as its better suited for toning as it contains less calories, fat and carbs.

coffee works for me when i want to snack on something. The caffeine in there makes me lose my appetite and i put some extevia in there to get some sweet taste

Sounds like your metabolism is speeding up or very fast if you are non stop hungry which is a good sign.

I tend to go with Dark Cacao when im craving something sweet and it does the trick.

I believe less sleep can potentially increase cortisol levels which will lead to weight increase so a slack of sleep can effect weight in general

With salt i believe you will need a minimum to maintain a healthy balance but with sugar, the less the better

i agree, depends on your goals but for most people, thats enough

I use to eat granola and yogurt every morning. The main thing i didnt like was the amount of sugar the granola had.

Im working out to bulk to i will have a protein shake and 2 peanut butters sandwhiches after my workout.
