Finished up my log for the day so I'll just be sticking to it tonight. Exercise: Yes, hike again, 1600ft of elevation gain. Under calories: Yup, but my Fitbit doesn't want to sync with MFP so it's showing up as over but I know with exercise it's under Logged: Yup. Logged this afternoon and won't deviate from what I've…

I like watching Great British Bake Off while I use the stationary rower. I only ever watch it while I row so it's like a special treat when I get on the rower...

Checking in on day 2! Exercise: Recorded 6mi of hiking before my Fitbit battery got to low and turned off. But was easily above 20 minutes of exercise! Under calories: Yup, already logged and am looking forward to my dinner, then some beers but I'll be driving so it'll be two or less and I've got them recorded too!…

Not a great week. Ate pretty crap but it was mostly under my calorie good. I think Fitbit really overestimates calories burned. My daily average is around 15k and it will typically add 700+ calories burned to my total. Sept.2: 187.3lbs Sept. 9: 185.4lbs (-1.9lbs) Sept.16: 182.6lbs (-2.8lbs) Sept.23: 180.8lbs (-1.6lbs)…

I'm in! Looking forward to October and the start of this challenge. Ultimately I'd like to lose about 40lbs but for October I'd be happy with anything in the 5-10lb range and improving my fitness with a bit of daily exercise! Also, anyone is free to add me as a friend! Thanks and see you in October!

Welcome back! I just rejoined a couple weeks ago and am really trying to stick with it. I lost a bunch of weight a couple years ago, so I know how to do it and that it works. I'm hoping to lose about 40lbs and maintain it for a while, hopefully get back into some team sports I dropped and just over all feel better about…

So not really advice but I'm in the same boat, like really, if you were two inches shorter it would be like looking into a stats mirror. A couple years ago I lost about 60lbs, felt great, loved it, but it wasn't sustainable, the minute I stopped logging it started coming back on. I didn't gain it all back but a unhealthy…

Hey. I'm happy to join. Looking to lose about 40lbs and then actually keep it off... Add me as a friend and shoot me a message telling me about yourself and I'll respond in kind (as much or as little as you'd like to offer). Offer goes to anyone reading this. I'm really trying to make some long term changes (including…

I've had shingles (I was like 25 so it would have been pretty unusual for me to get the shingles vaccine) and I highly do not recomend it. Blisters across my back, down my arm and across my breasts (yeah, bra wearing was not fun), anti-virals that made me nauseous and still some scaring on my back. Take an ibuprofen…

Yo. Feel free to add me and shoot me a message. I like hiking and want to get into running. I'm an avid skier so I love winter but hate being cold.
-
Hey. Knees suck. Well not really, they're pretty dang important. I blew my ACL last year and am now super f-ing worried about it. Like it consumes me, 6+ months of rehab, lingering pain, weird skin/nerve issues? Hell naw, I'm not doing that again. But I probably will end up doing it again if I don't work on getting my…

Yup. Been they're done that. At least I know losing weight is possible but this time I'm making a real effort to focus on sustainable habits and consistency. Feel free to add me as a Pal.

27 but sent you a friend request anyways. Trying to be active on here as much as possible and could use any and all motivation.

Currently an Aussie living in the USA but come February I'll be back to Australia.

Hey. Sent you a request and your dog is super adorable!
-
Hey. Sent you a request. I'm also heading back to University next year. I try to be pretty active on MFP because it keeps me accountable.
-
Yo! Anyone can add me. Got about 40lbs to lose and then have to maintain that for however long, I'll be around for a while. If you add me you'll mostly get pictures of my dogs, pretty views, Fitbit GPS tracks and the occasional badly taken selfie. If that sounds like something you can live without then get on that friend…

Hey. I've done it and I'm actually about to do it again, except to throw in a difficulty level I'm actually moving countries not just across the country. Initially I moved when I was 19, from Australia to the United States, I was really young, eager and pretty much invincible. I've had an amazing time in the past 8 years,…
