Hi everyone! My name's Calvin, and while I'm not new to MyFitnessPal, I am now starting to use the app on a day-to-day basis, something I've never really done.
I was in decent shape in HS, then went to college, and put on a good chunk of weight. After my junior year, I went to a fitness boot camp and dropped over 20 pounds and shed 15% BF and was in the best shape of my life!
A really bad heartbreak *sigh* put me in a really, REALLY bad spot and I gained all the weight back, and then some. Since I've graduated college and am going back for a Master's, I just recently found some motivation again, but want to keep the weight off for good this time and want some friends to help keep the spark. If some of you guys could add me so I can interact and keep up to date and in check with other people trying to reach their goals, that'd be awesome!!! Thanks for reading, everyone!
