OK, linked, but updates, if they update, are grossly slow and almost unusable. Computer says one thing, the phone app says another thing, and the watch yet another thing. Rebooting seems to sometime help with the update, but not always.

It worked for Jack LaLanne. Though not exactly a 16/8 (or maybe it was?), his daily regiment limited meals to 2 --- breakfast (at 11:00 am) and dinner. Very interesting topic and I appreciate the feedback from all sources. :) Lynn confirmed some of my suspicions and AnnPT77 nailed the common day reality of not overthinking the incorporation of vegan proteins into one's diet. Well thought-out comments and most helpful.
