Id go straight on low carb.. I dropped 8lbs the first week. Granted its mainly water but I'd you want a good kick-start it will get you going.. I'd give you're self abit more time tho pal.. Its a slow steady journey Best of luck ๐ค

That's some impressive weight loss so far we'll done you! ๐ Make sure you weigh you're food I was really shocked how many calories I was really eating. Take some measurements from you're waist the scales can be you're worst enemy and not give you a true reading of you're real loss.. Keep up the good work dude and keepโฆ
