Disagree with this advice. You would be much better with a proven muscle and strength building routine. Plenty on here and on google to be found.

Has anyone on here done a CrossFit workout? I’m interested in giving it a go seems to be expensive though!

My workout program is from the beyond brawn book. It’s basically mostly compond movements with the aim to progressively overload in reps and weight to build strength and hopefully some muscle 🙏

Body recomp started today very slight calorie deficit hoping to lose some fat and retain as much muscle as possible

I’m hoping for a body recomp as got quite a bit of fat to lose but hoping to build some muscle

Starting new diet from Monday. Very slight calorie deficit and trying to eat more healthy foods been eating too much junk lately. Is it possible to build muscle in a deficit or maintenance calories?
