Starting a log to keep myself motivated. Will be lifting weights 2 a week and doing some cardio too. Will log my diet too. Starting out on mantinance calories and see how I go if need to lower them
Anyone got any suggestions on 3 days a week workouts? I can normally get 2 gym sessions in a week plus got some dumbbells and a pull up bar at home. Any suggestions much appreciated 💪🏻
