There's plenty of Dads who would be very pleased with that Bod as it is. It's a good starting point. Enjoy your endeavours. I wish you every success. Well done for laying off the beer.

Decent day of food so far today apart from full English breakfast in the works canteen this morning! Will end up at 2950 calories for the day with 150 protein. Gym tomorrow hopefully though can be hard after 12 hour shift!

Took the kids to the cinema today, would usually mean unhealthy eating but just had a latte and protein bar. Will go for a walk this evening and gym tomorrow

I’ve decided to go into a slight calorie surplus probably about 150- 200 extra per day as feel need to build some muscle on my frame as I’m 6 foot tall and currently weigh 185 pounds and feel skinny in clothes. Any advice or suggestions would be welcome

Eat more food, lift weights, progress said lifts, assess progress every month. Rinse and repeat. Good luck
