Thanks. I think that is what is really holding me back - worrying about the Carbs, Fat, Protein, Sodium etc.

I'm new to this as well, (began Oct. 9th)...my question is if I stay in my allowed calorie range BUT the ingredients of some foods throw me over in other areas such as Carbs, Fats, Protein, SODIUM, etc...will that effect my weight loss. I find it VERY HARD to stay under 2300 mg sodium. Doing "ok" in other areas I have…
