  • I am on Day 2. 800 cals. went jogging and covered 2 miles only. I haven't had any breakfast but will be getting some in the next hour. I stop eating by 6pm Go on youtube till about 9pm and try to sleep off after. I look so good already this morning. I need to sustain for 6 weeks first and then maintain afterwards
