Tired of Losing the Same 20lbs Time for a Change!

So this year I’ve gotten up to my highest weight ever 248. I had been successful earlier in the year with losing about 15-20 pounds but I gained it all back and the some.
I haven’t been able to get out of the 200s in years and I’m only 25. Looking for some support and encouragement to keep going! I’ve lost 7 pounds since my restart date 2 weeks ago!

You got this, just get back to it! I went up to 222 after back surgery and am currently 3lbs from losing 100, you can do this, you're stronger and you think!2

You can do it! Set your main goal and then set some mini goals to reach that 'main' goal. Get your mind set that this is what you're going to do and focus. Take a 'Before' picture now and continue to take frequent progress pictures. A photo can show you change when the scale may not. I highly recommend buying a digital food scale so you can verify how much you're eating. Often what we think is a serving is much more. It's not always easy, but if you will stay the course... it'll be worth it.1

Hey! You got this! I’ve been out of the gym for about 2 weeks and my eating has fallen off! I found out i had Pereonal Tendonitis and the doc put me on steroids. I gained a few pounds but the upside, is that my foot is feeling much better!
I’ve started over today and tomorrow will be my first day back in the gym (with the proper shoes) I’m looking forward to losing 50lbs to meet my goal weight.
Stay consistent and take it 1 day at a time! U got this, we got this! OWN IT!0
