  • It will happen! I am going to be 64 in January. Have taken off 26 lbs. since the end of July. Hit a plateau after 20 lbs. Went to the zigzag method plus hit the treadmill. 6 lbs off in the last 3 weeks. It's not as easy as we age. Just make little tweeks. Good luck. You definitely can happen!

  • You can exercise. Just not the same as you have been. If you broke an ankle, try weights while sitting. Since this is a beer board, 12 oz curls are my favorite. Talk to a trainer at a gym. They can help.
