Hi I am just beginning my 50sand I would appreciate a few supportive friends in same age group. The weight loss gets slower at this age and it can be trying but I am keeping at it

    It will happen! I am going to be 64 in January. Have taken off 26 lbs. since the end of July. Hit a plateau after 20 lbs. Went to the zigzag method plus hit the treadmill. 6 lbs off in the last 3 weeks. It's not as easy as we age. Just make little tweeks. Good luck. You definitely can happen!
