I was told by a doc for my height I should be 90 to 110 lbs. I would not be healthy at that weight. I would be skin and bones

We have been but for financial reasons trying to cut down. Also once a week turns into multiple for us. We have fixed a goal of once a month so as not to go crazy lol. It such a battle to not give in.

We are using this app to balance everything out. Calories and nutrition. I have just always been a junk food /restaurant addict. My hubby is the cook in our couple. He is good with nutrition also. I like your food ideas

Don't I know it lol. I tried but cant. Hubby needs to but I'm keeping my latte so I stay sane lol. Figured out with the way we have started eating I can keep my treat. Have cut pop and stuff like that though. Bread is the worst.

Also remembering that the number on the scale is not the be all and end all.

The hardest for me is fighting the cravings. It's so hard not to want to eat junk foods. Also trying not to eat while sitting on the couch at night before bed
