  • I literally go to bed if the munchies start to kick in! Even if I’m not tired, I’ll lay in bed and read or something. I’m usually too snuggled in to get up to get something.
  • I have used chia seed for gut health, not so much nutrition. If I feel like my digestive system is sluggish, i mix a tablespoon in a glass of water and let sit for a few minutes, then chug.
  • I prep lemon water the night before and drink that first thing before eating or coffee. I feel like that has set up me up for success. Plus a water tumbler with a straw!! I’m much more inclined to sip throughout the day if I have the straw with me instead of a dealer water bottle.
  • Congrats! I did two last year and plan on doing so again this year- it’s a great goal!

  • Hi Bri! I just joined yesterday for similar reasons! I just turned 30 and gained 25 pounds this year. I want to head in to my 30s strong and healthy! Good luck to you!
