Finally ready to lose the weight knowing my “WHY”!

Hi MFP Community!

I am finally doing this for real this time!!!
I think the problem has always been the lack of vision and clarity as to why I want and need to loose weight. I have yo-yo’ed between 155-205 and as I get out of my 20’s the pounds just don’t come off the same as they used to. I am currently 190 lbs and have a goal to lose 33lbs and bring my BFP below 25% for overall health concerns. I know it won’t be easy but I’m committed to doing this for me and marking myself a priority for the first time.

Just looking to be held accountable and drop 1-2 lbs a week with 5 days a week in the gym.
