My mom is a teacher and she started back working on Monday, in-person. She has been very stressed as well. Schools seem very disorganized from what I see and hear 😕 I’ve been praying much more than usual for this world and hoping next month is better! Also are you still taking a break from the group?

Fitness improvement: I’ve been neglecting flexibility so after working out I’ve been stretching and have been seeing improvements with reaches. Just wanted to shout out stretching in case others forgot about it as well.

Venting: My former job reached out with a rehire offer at a reduced salary. As we all know unemployment requires you to not decline suitable full-time work, as my employer reminded. Not happy about the coercion but this is the new disastrous world we live in.

Update: my gym opened finally so I’ve been doing weight lifting! Love it since I’ve only been running during quarantine. I’ve noticed DOMS might be causing some water retention though but I’m trying not to let that bother me

And unfortunately, our furlough has turned into a lay-off with possible callbacks for rehire in the future so I’m going to apply to new opportunities.
