Hi Team! After yesterday’s weigh-in and jolt back to mindfulness, I’m checking in daily this week. Scale was down a bit (1.6lbs) due to some of that water retention exiting. Due to Hurricane Sally, my gym is closed so I’m doing a couple days of home workouts and guided meditations. Diet-wise I’m being as green as possible!…
