    I'm really looking forward to this October challenge. Before I joined mfp, I didn't count calories, nor did a food diary. I realize I don't like doing either one.
    . I've lost over 100 lbs simply by eating in moderation ( with occasionally slips), and trying to eat as healthy as I can, along with exercise and walking as much as I can. It's getting to know others and the support, motivation and challenges of the people and groups on mfp that I need to help me finish this journey to my goal weight and beyond. Thank you all for allowing me to be a part of this great group of people the Gutbusters. 😃

    Goals/Day/Comments: Walked to the park and went to vote in the local election. Had a vegetarian dinner which was delicious, but was too low in both protein and calories.

    Goals/Day/Comments: Busy day running errands but still managed a little exercise time. Goal tomorrow is to find a good exercise video for a more structured workout.

    Calories: Yes- Goal is 1400 cal. Today I am around 800.
    Exercise: Yes- 50 min on the treadmill.
    Goals/Day/Comments: I find it difficult to hit my calorie goal, I am either way under or over.

    Goals/Day/Comments: went over my carb limit at dinner, but was at an ok level when considered over the day. Spent most of the day sitting, writing an assignment, but got out of the house before dinner.

    Exercise: Yes- I only got about 20 min today. I have to do better tomorrow.
    Goals/Day/Comments: I was a hard day, I need to just keep on track.

    Exercise: Yes - clean carpets today for my cardio. Did light stretching.
    Goals/Day/Comments: Found a quick 15 minute yoga video to do before bed. Did well with tracking and was able to budget in a pulled pork sandwich for dinner. Yay!
