    Sorry, I haven't been posting much. These past few days I haven't been feeling to good. Having little more pain and discomfort then I normally do.
    Still watch what I eat, but haven't been able to exercise. I'm slowly starting to feel better, and I'll try to post something daily.

    I usually don't log my food intake, nor count calories, just try to be mindful of what & how much I eat. I still lose weight because I also do some type of exercise. However, starting today I'll start logging in my dairy.

    Something is wrong, I gained 4.0 lbs this past week. 🙄

    @looneycatblue I went back to double check, the last weight we had was from the last week of Sept which was 168.8 so weighing in at 161.4 is 7.4 lbs for that week...

    Started logging in dairy today. Will log exercise as soon as I feel it's safe to put some pressure on my left knee./ I had reinjured my knee about week or so ago and need to be careful with it)

    @AB0215 here are my postings for the past few weeks, I was 157.4 the last week of September. I don't know where you got the 168.8. I think the worksheet is wrong. No big deal, just I didn't deserve 1st place, someone else did. ;)

    Artificial drop, 5.2 lbs... I will take it for now, but I expect this to go up next week (hopefully not too much)... I was sick all week and was finally able to really eat yesterday. Feeling so much better now. Time to start tracking again, so I don't overdue it and gain "everything" back!

    I'm having a procedure done tomorrow and had to have the Covid-19 test done before they would do it. Happy to report a negative result. Nice to know I don't have covid-19
