    Comments: Did a bunch of housework, but didn't leave the house. Still in the middle of a big bump, but it happened last month at this time in my cycle, so I just have to trust the process.

    Nice Job!!! Love the picture of you kitty on the treadmill... we had a cat that also used to like sleeping on our treadmill... always thought it looked uncomfortable.

    She is 16 years old, grouchy and loves to lay there. I keep asking her if that's her exercise routine. :D

    Comments: Another day with no human interaction. Hubby and kids are away, so it is just me and the dog. Probably shouldn't get used to this. But I get so much more done when it is just me.

    Sorry, I haven't been posting much. These past few days I haven't been feeling to good. Having little more pain and discomfort then I normally do.
    Still watch what I eat, but haven't been able to exercise. I'm slowly starting to feel better, and I'll try to post something daily.

    I usually don't log my food intake, nor count calories, just try to be mindful of what & how much I eat. I still lose weight because I also do some type of exercise. However, starting today I'll start logging in my dairy.

    @looneycatblue I went back to double check, the last weight we had was from the last week of Sept which was 168.8 so weighing in at 161.4 is 7.4 lbs for that week...

    Started logging in dairy today. Will log exercise as soon as I feel it's safe to put some pressure on my left knee./ I had reinjured my knee about week or so ago and need to be careful with it)
