@looneycatblue I went back to double check, the last weight we had was from the last week of Sept which was 168.8 so weighing in at 161.4 is 7.4 lbs for that week...
@AB0215 here are my postings for the past few weeks, I was 157.4 the last week of September. I don't know where you got the 168.8. I think the worksheet is wrong. No big deal, just I didn't deserve 1st place, someone else did.

Artificial drop, 5.2 lbs... I will take it for now, but I expect this to go up next week (hopefully not too much)... I was sick all week and was finally able to really eat yesterday. Feeling so much better now. Time to start tracking again, so I don't overdue it and gain "everything" back!

I'm having a procedure done tomorrow and had to have the Covid-19 test done before they would do it. Happy to report a negative result. Nice to know I don't have covid-192

I was diagnosed with another illness and I'm already loaded with them and they want me to go for treatment with another specialist and take more meds upon the meds I'm already taking it's just too much right now to deal with and keep up with my groups and everything else on mfp.
I've decided to take a break for awhile and try to concentrate on the new treatment and try to get better and when I do I'll be back.
It will be to hard to deal with a medical treatment that will take a few weeks to complete, and keep up with the group. I'll come back if I'm able to next month.

I didn't find out ntil today about the new diagnosis and having to have treatment in the hopes of getting better.

Comments: Hiked to the beach, then along to an interesting rock called Camel Rock. All up, it took about 90 minutes, but with the kids, there was a lot of stopping and starting. I have blisters now though.

After talking with someone and giving it some thought I decided to stay in this challenge. If that is Ok with you.
I was very emotional and upset about the new medical diagnosis yesterday, and didn't think things through. I need to stay focused as much as I can in regards to my weight-loss This challenge helps me do that.3 -
@Kitty2Katz I am sorry that you received some bad news yesterday, please feel free to share with us, might help take off some of the burden knowing that you can get some of this stessfull stuff off your chest.

When I got another medical diagnose that wasn't good, I was extremely upset and very emotional. When I'm emotional I overeat. Sorry, to let y'all down. 😞

I just need to take one day at a time, and continue to focuse on my over health which includes working to get this exess weight off. Losing the excess lbs I believe will help to improve my health in the long. 💞

I had gained (4.6 lbs) 😥 because I over ate the other day when I was upset about a new medical diagnosis, 😷 🤕 This morning I have lost (3.4 lbs) of the gained weight. 😸 Still have (1.4 lbs) of gained weight to lose.
It only took one meal for me to gain (4.6 lbs) (was on Oct 8th). Today is the start of the 3rd day trying to lose just the gained weight. I know over eating is not worth it, since it's so much harder to lose the weight gained. But still do it when I allow my emotions to take over. I need to learn to 🤐 control my response to my emotions 😩 and not over eat.
I'm a work in progress, and know it's one day at a time. It's not a diet I'm on, but this is a new life style I'm building for now and for my future. 😺💕
