A week down and I gotta say I'm finding it hard to find the willpower to not eat constantly. Work is stressful (we have an audit in 2 weeks) and my usual go-to is food. Gotta make sure I have healthy snacks around as much as possible to avoid the shops. GelatinousCube Monday PW: 193.4 CW: 193.0

You're probably right! I'm terrible in the mornings (I usually run in the evening), tricking my goblin brain out of the house before I wake up sounds like a good idea 🤣

Huzzah, a successful day! Tracking: yep Calories: yep Exercise: jog/walked 5kms and only got rained on a tiny bit hahah Good grief it's hard getting up and leaving the house to do exercise... If anyone has helpful tips I'm all ears 😅
