  • I have the 5 series and it seems really accurate for my exercise calories. A little high for my total daily calories though. I eat back all of exercise calories from what my watch says and lose the expected amount per week.

  • I’m going to count them just so I know how off track I get. Christmas Eve is more of a temptation than Christmas Day for me so my plan is to use my exercise calories that I burn from my run today and tomorrow for Christmas Eve and Christmas instead of eating them back today and tomorrow.
