There's one combo at a restaurant that I LOVE, that would be super easy to recreate at home: Baby spinach Boiled or grilled shrimp Sliced sundried tomatoes Parmesean cheese Few chopped walnuts Cherry tomatoes Artichoke hearts w/ Balsamic viniagrette It's delicious!
