  • Hey all! Same here, lost the weight last summer, stopped using app, gained it all back plus about 10lbs 🙃, so here I am again. Haha, Anyone can feel free to add me, can always use more friends on this journey!
  • I’m absolutely in! This will be my first round so bear with me. Also, feel free to add me, can never have too many motivational connections 💪🏼. Today was a really hard day emotionally, and I am a stress/emotional eater. This week will be even harder yet and we have a fridge full of leftovers to eat. Goal for this cycle is…
  • @kecward78 Thank you so much for the words of encouragement. My whole degree thus far has actually been online, but since it’s masters in nursing the last 4 courses have a clinical portion that need to be completed in the hospital setting. Unfortunately almost all hospitals have suspended students until further notice so…

  • @musicsax Thank you so much, I appreciate it! Will stay as safe as possible.
  • @wellnfree I think actually getting started is way more than half the battle. Once you’re up and moving around you start to feel better about everything. You’ve got this!

  • Same here, I added you! Also anyone else who joins this thread can feel free to send me a friend request also. :) We got this 💪🏼
  • Late joining the game as it’s already March, but as this thread has shown, each new day is a chance to start over. This morning I found myself to be the heaviest I’ve ever been. My work uniform barely fits anymore. I just feel overall unhealthy and I need to make changes. Goals for 2020: - Lose the 31.6lbs to reach my goal…
  • I’ve had a hard couple of months emotionally and found myself this morning at the heaviest I’ve ever been. It’s hard when you’ve used food for comfort and coping for so many years to unlearn those habits. As a kid when I was upset/stressed/emotional I couldn’t eat anything, I would feel nauseous. Not sure at what point…
  • Add away!! Could always use some motivation and accountability!! 🙋🏼‍♀️
  • I work nightshift, so when I get off at 7:30am I usually try to have workout clothes already packed and in my car so I can go straight to the gym. If I were to go home first it’s game over haha. Some people get energy from it, personally it helps me unwind from my shift, clear my head, and sleep better for the day.
  • 🙋🏼‍♀️
  • Hi! I’m also a grad student struggling with consistency. I was at my lowest weight since college, felt great, got a little too cocky and fell off the bandwagon hard gaining most of it back over the past few months. Between work, school, and life I need some motivation and accountability.
