I would like to be around 160-170. I'm still over 200 after breaking my leg a few years ago and not being able to walk for three months, so I really would like to get this off. I don't want to be 120 like I used to be in my 30's, that is too light.

@kshama2001 Weight loss is resuming, but very slow. I'm down 17 now and have another 30 pounds to go, so I imagine it will take some time but I'm ok with that.

@psuLemon My weight loss has resumed, down 17 pounds now but it's very slow. I do have a scale but it's been in the cupboard for years. I am somewhat vague on portion sizes, so measuring is a great idea.

Sorry for the late reply - thank you both for the info. I haven't seen anyone yet, was just told to cut the simple carbs and that's it. I will look into that.

I have been fasting after dinner for 6 weeks now which is unreal for a TV muncher like myself. I was diagnosed with liver problems due to eating too many carbs over the years, and if I didn't lose weight, I would need a liver transplant. That was all the motivation I needed!! I get hungry at night sometimes, so I keep some…
