  • Exercised: Yes, an amazing run plus a walk with my dog later. Tracked: Yes. Budget: Quite good. Came out exactly even with the recommended amount of good fat, courtesy of coconut oil and avocado.
  • 3/12/20 Exercised: A long walk with my dog and neighbor. Just barely beat the rain! Tracked: Meticulously. Budget: Just barely, due to a change in schedule. But I'll try to be more vigilant.
  • 3/11/20 Exercised: My longest run yet, 55 minutes, no stopping. Tracked: Yes, everything. Budget: Yes, came in high in protein, medium-low in carbs, and low in calories and sugar. Think I'm off to a great start.
  • Totally forgot I had signed up for this, and probably wouldn't have given into some emotional, as well as celebratory, eating if I had remembered. So, I'll have to use my first pass. However, I'm in this per keeps, it's only the first day of the year, and the first three out of the four meals I ate today were very healthy.…
  • Hi! I'm 5'1"-ish, female, 29, SW 142, CW 136, GW 110.
  • BTW, I just turned 29 years old.
  • Hi, everybody! I'm 5'1" and about 136 pounds. I've been trying to live on a low-carb, high-protein diet, and tomorrow I'm starting a 10k training program. I thrive on accountability, and will hold you to your own standards and goals as well. I'm just looking for encouragement, and will gladly return the favor. In…
  • Lost weight, ate much better than I did yesterday, and worked up a good sweat.
  • Went over calories today, but lost weight since yesterday, worked out, and joined a couch to 10k training program that I'll begin on Monday.
  • Proud of myself; last night, my club was having a get-together at a restaurant. I had dinner before I left to meet them and only ate 3/4 of an appetizer. I also found a running program that I'm thinking of joining. Today, I ate right and exercised.
  • I'm out for the month because I didn't exercise today, but that won't stop me from working hard to lose weight.
  • I did my exercise early today, and I liked it so much that I've decided to start doing it at the same time every day instead of procrastinating.
  • Only lost a bit of weight since yesterday, but that's better than none. Ate right almost the whole day and got in my exercise.
  • Sorry I didn't update yesterday; unforeseen circumstances kept me from doing so, as well as from exercising, forcing me to play my final pass for the month. I'm not worried, though. I lost weight yesterday and both exercised and ate very well today.
  • Gonna use one of my passes again. I promise I'm not falling off the wagon! I was just given a surprise food to eat at dinner after eating a very healthy breakfast and lunch and exercising. If I'd had any idea how bad it was for me (it looked so innocent), I wouldn't have eaten it. Ah, well. 2 lessons learned: that…
  • Afraid I'm gonna have to use a pass today. The other day, I saw some ripe bananas that I didn't want to go to waste, so I made a double batch of my favorite flourless muffins for my family and myself. I figured I could indulge in one a day for the next week or so since they keep for long time, and for two days I did. But…
  • I've been thinking of giving up white rice, which I usually have with fish and tofu dishes, which I make often and love the taste of. The bad news was that the new fish recipe I tried tonight was way too spicy. The good news is that I was so preoccupied with cooling off my mouth with water that I totally bypassed the bed…
  • Had two workouts, one long and one short. Inexplicably gained weight, but won't let it get me down.
  • Lost a significant amount of weight since I started participating in this group. So excited to see how much I can take off next month, and then in 2020!
  • Wow, what a day! I tried out one of the meal plan ideas I came up with last night, trying to keep the carbs as low as possible and the protein as even as possible (it’s actually easier in my particular situation to go over the recommended daily protein amount instead of under). I did this by having a protein shake for my…
  • Good news: lost a significant amount of weight, found a bunch of new healthy recipes I want to try, was able to have just one Keto brownie and resist having more, and made some hypothetical future meal combos and new rules and tips to help me prosper in the weight-loss department. Bad news: had confusing and misleading…
  • Gained weight today, but I expected too. Going to have a healthy Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow: turkey Thai meatballs! Exercised.
  • Decided to eat dinner for lunch and vice-versa tonight. However, my Dad then surprised us by saying he'd cook a delicious yet not healthy dinner. I didn't want to offend him or have him worry over me, so I ate the dish he cooked instead. Although I came pretty close to going over my daily carb limit for the first time, I…
  • Lost weight! Yes on all accounts.
  • Had my first slip-up all week today, when the nice granny across the street brought us a few slices of cake and I ate one. Oh, well. That's what tomorrow is for.
  • Proud of myself: today I passed on both a trip to Subway for lunch, plus I went to the grocery store and resisted the temptation to slip my favorite candy bar that cost less than a dollar into the shopping cart at the grocery store.
  • Lost weight again! Found out that one serving of tortilla chips was only a bit less carb-wise than a whole healthy meal, which made my lunch and snacking decisions for today easy. My Fitbit has been acting wonky since yesterday, but I think I got in about 10,000 steps, and for certain exercised more than 20 minutes.
  • Got in 10,000 steps. Stayed under calories and carbs, though had a few more than I'd originally intended to via chips and salsa. But I counted out the chips before I dipped them to make sure I didn't go overboard.
  • • Got in 10,000 steps. • Stayed under calories. • Found out the wonders of almond butter! Not only is it tasty and low carb, but it’s an excellent source of good fat and a great snack to have between my workout and lunch. • Made my mom her favorite healthy-but-yummy dish for her birthday dinner instead of a cake. • For all…
  • Kept under my calories, exercised for 20 minutes, and lost weight since yesterday!
