What works for me is to plan the day's meals and log them ahead of time.

I am glad you found something that works well for you. I am using the old ww points and counting calories to make sure I am not undereating. I lost 40 pounds years ago on weight watchers the old ww points system. I think it is great to do MFP with weight watchers.

Greek plain nonfat yogurt with 2 packets of no calorie sweetener and 1 tsp of vanilla extract mixed in it. I add 2 tbsp. of pfitb peanut butter powder and mix it up and eat it.
