Does anyone know the workout schedule for Piyo by Beachbody?

I bought Piyo at the Goodwill yesterday but it didn't have the workout calendar with it. I looked online for it and found it but it is in small print and I can't read it. My printer is messed up so it won't print either. If someone has the workout calendar and can let me know what it is I would appreciate it. I also wanted to know if people that has used it did you get results by using it?

    I have the dvd set but I have never used it due to foot surgery ...hernia surgeries twice

    Regarding results: I did this program at the beginning of my health abs fitness journey. It is a great beginner program.
    Lately, I’ve been thinking of going back to it to help evaluate my progress.
