Does anyone know the workout schedule for Piyo by Beachbody?

I bought Piyo at the Goodwill yesterday but it didn't have the workout calendar with it. I looked online for it and found it but it is in small print and I can't read it. My printer is messed up so it won't print either. If someone has the workout calendar and can let me know what it is I would appreciate it. I also wanted to know if people that has used it did you get results by using it?
