It is that simple. Just make sure that what you eat does contain what you need. Been doing this for a while now and lost 25 kg that way. If you are able to and not yet doing it, add exercise to your new lifestyle. You will feel so much better in the longer run.

I am so happy to read that I am not the only one who has that. Ever since I have started my cardio regime, my resting heart rate has dropped from 65 to about 45-50. No symptoms of bradycardia but it still somehow shocked me.

Long story short, had to go buy new jeans yesterday. Went from a 36 waist to a 32 waist. Still having a hard time believing that I fit into those.

Today, looking in the mirror I started to see torso muscles I didn't even know I had. Additionally, the belt that had gotten very small is now way too large. I am on the right path and very happy for it. A few more pounds and I going to buy some "mid point" pants as my current pairs are really not working anymore.

I started this endeavor in mid November. Tonight hit 2000 km / 1240 miles on my indoor bike. Also my resting heart rate dropped from 61 to 52. Used to hate cardio when I was "young" and now it's what enables me to reach my goals. Never felt this fit before. PS: Netflix and Amazon Prime are a huge help during the training…

Hey all, Same as all of you, working on losing weight. The goal is getting from 115 kg to about 80 kg. (From 250 lbs to 185, to put it in the "other" type of weight.) ;)
