Congrats! You look amazing!
I can't wait to lose another few inches around the waist. I have a whole new wardrobe (Ok slightly worn) waiting for me from just a year ago.9 -
My NSV is that I have finally gotten past the worse of a major sinus infection that got in my chest. I was having trouble just going up and down the stairs at the house.
Yesterday I hit the elliptical for 20 minutes at a moderate pace, this would have killed me just this past weekend.
I also had a shoulder injury that has gotten well enough for me to lift light and to hit the heavy bag, which I did for 12 minutes yesterday.

@Elo_getsfit LOVE the dress -- congrats on being able to wear it! Also, LOVE the pusheen. XD XD3

Put my size 38 pants (recently purchased) into the pile of many size 40 (and a couple of size 42 from way back when) pants for Goodwill. Bought another pair of size 36 today. Still a ways to go, so I'm not going to buy too many yet.12

The biggest problem was my heart monitor It kept bleeping as in full rest my HR sometimes goes below 40 and well that machine thought it not good.
Also noted It was hard to find good vein - they are sunken in between my finger bones
Nurse was saying I was so healthy all over that the equipment could not cope it it anymore. She also suspected my blood pressure would low just on looking at me (she was right).
She mentioned they do not often get patients that are in such good physical shape. I am actually proud of that :-)
I am so happy to read that I am not the only one who has that. Ever since I have started my cardio regime, my resting heart rate has dropped from 65 to about 45-50. No symptoms of bradycardia but it still somehow shocked me.14 -
I worked out every day last week!14

Went on vacation and lost 1.8 pounds 🙂17

I went 'clothes shopping' in my own wardrobe. Most of my current wardrobe has become too big and I ended up rooting around in a box of clothes I tucked away years ago because they were too small.
I found a sweater that is probably more than 10 years old and that I really liked back then, and it fit and looked good too!
It's going to be tricky for the next half of my weight loss though, I don't have any smaller clothes left so I'll have to 'waste' some money on a transitional wardrobe. A great problem to have though

That my mind/thoughts, body and soul is at 100% PERFECT (mature/foolproof/excelling) PEACE (and peace like a lovely river as a matter of FACT)...I have and am committed to NOT allowing/receiving/looking for/believing/ENTERTAINING absolutely NO thoughts/actions nor deeds of fear, no shame, no faintheartedness, no anxiety, no terror, no doubts, no consternation, no confusion, no cowardice, no ignorance, no MESS at all, period. I'm the BOSS of what I allow in my head/mind and heart and body and no amount of pressure nor cognitive dissonance nor "bad reports" of ANYTHING going on "around me" are going to move me from the place of peace and quiet and total control over my thoughts and actions and reactions. No matter the storm(s) and storms will come and they will go I'm determined to think, live and be COOL, CALM and COLLECTED come what may...I'm ready, willing and able to handle ALL things thru Christ who strengthen and leads and guides/teaches me--His Way, His Truth and His Life, period.
I purposely CHOOSE to roll with any and ALL punches, no matter how long/hard/difficult/serious--life changing/altering they are--I am utterly determined to handle them (the trouble) with full grace/power and utter humility and dependence on my God ( The God of the bible, the God of Abraham, Issac, Jacob and Jesus) The ONLY True and Living God, period. NOTHING (no thing) shall move me outta the place of peace/joy and especially LOVE!
Troubles, woes, calamities and YUCK can and will come--that's life and life and death (and taxes I reckon) are a part of each other...how I react/receive them is for me, everything to do with living/thinking/being FILLED with peace like a river, no matter what. Wow--what a MEGA ULTRA TREMENDOUS NSV this is--just....PERFECT! I chose to think/live and be filled with JOY and PEACE anything that tries it's d@mnest (literally) to take me out of that space is an enemy to me, no matter how much it/they/I try to convince me they're here to help, period. If/when fear/dread and yucky woe tries to bombard me with it's "mess"...I'll simply SEE IT for what it TRULY is and I'll CHOOSE to not have it/allow it, period.
YAY ME & big ole wonderful BOOM!!!!
ETA: Also, hubby just SURPRISED ME and brought home some organic corned beef briskets to cook and some to freeze--so we'll be having a bunch of corned beef and cabbage meals around MEGA YAY!!!!

I had a terrible thing happen last night and am still working through the emotions it caused today, and I am not using food to cope. Indeed, I remembered that I scheduled a snack before bed and am eating it out of duty because I know otherwise I'll get too hungry to sleep. If this doesn't make me binge, maybe I'm over it. THAT would be nice!
Also, the jeans that would go up my thighs but no further now go over my rear. No hope of fastening and zipping, yet, but this is progress. These are size 16's. I started January in 20's.33 -
My stomach isn't projecting past my tits. I have a great deal of tits, and stomach. Still a lot of stomach but it's shrinking!18

My triglycerides last year = 200
My triglycerides this year = 99
(Big smile!!)29 -
Got my blood test results back from my yearly physical. Everything is perfect, and my good cholesterol is almost high enough to be preventative. Not sure exactly what that means, but it sounds good!24

For the first time in thirteen years I can fit into a size 18 top. 😊 It’s even a little too loose in some spots!30 -
I was at the GI doctor today, and he wants to do an ultrasound. He said they should be able to see everything well because I'm "thin". I'm not sure he would have said that 27 lbs ago? (Btw, my BMI is 22.3, so I guess in the middle?)17

I started IF this week and so far its working great! I feel more energy, less bloat, and i lost 3lbs! I havent done any measurements yet but i plan to do that after about a month. I really hope i continue to see results!12

I really wanted a donut last night but it would have put me over by 58 calories, so I jogged in place until my fitbit measured an additional 58 calories used.
Laughs on me though, turns out my fitbit hadn't updated on MFP, I refreshed it and POW! Turns out I had a 98 calorie deficit for the day! I'll take it!19 -
Compression shorts that fit before winter were baggy today.15

I can now watch America's Next Top Model, without it having a negative effect on my self esteem or being triggering of my past eating disorder.
I've come to truly, truly love and appreciate my own athletic curves.
They're all beautiful, don't get me wrong, but I'm happier to stay muscular.17 -
Previous BMI = 39
Current BMI = 3425 -
I’ve been on this journey for 9 weeks now and have lost 18lbs so far.
People are beginning to comment which is great.
My favourite NSV so far happened the other day.
My wife brought me a smart jacket for Christmas last year, and I was so embarrassed when it didn’t fit! I couldn’t even zip it up. On misplacing my larger jacket I have been wearing for years I looked at the one she gave me and just thought..., I wonder!
It fits, in fact, I have room in it.
My wife and I are both delighted 😀27 -
According to 3 different exercise calculators, I burned 1100+ calories in my 82 minutes of cardio this morning.16

Sort of bummed yesterday when I weighed in for the week, no loss. Then today when I dressed I pulled up a pair of jeans I’d bought about five years ago. They fit better today than when I originally bought them. Wore them all day comfortably. Every few weeks I can bring an old favorite back into my wardrobe. It’s great incentive!24

I did well exercising, tracking, and calorie budgeting all week except for yesterday due to a friend's birthday celebration, ladies movie night out with movie theater, and late night dinner . I ate enough for 2 people my size but when I weighed myself this morning I lost 0.1 lbs so unaffected in my weightloss journey.8

I don't need the extender any more on the new, smaller bras.9
