I've done P90X, T25 and Insanity...tough workouts! Probably saw best results from P90X because it uses weight training in addition to the HIT.

I did P90X and T25 from home and got in excellent shape.

I definitely need to start meal prepping. Eating clean is my biggest challenge.

I like evening workouts too, but then I find it hard to settle down and sleep.

Good luck on your masters. I'm about to go back to school as well. I find morning workouts better as well. Plus I like getting a head start on everyone else.

Sorry to hear about your job loss. I often use stress as an excuse to eat poorly but it should really be a reason to focus on my health. I hope everything works out for you..feel free to add.

Garmin...don't matter which model. I have a Fitbit but it syncs when it wants to.

I have a galaxy watch that uses the same operating system. It works fine to me. The communities aren't as well defined as on Fitbit, but it tracks everything and it's pretty intuitive. You'll enjoy it.
